About Carol Bowen

Carol combines her legal knowledge with a practical and responsive approach to help clients achieve their business goals within the complex health law framework. 

Carol’s clients include major health care companies, hospitals, physician groups, entrepreneurial health care businesses and national lenders within the industry.

Carol leads the firm’s Health Care practice in the Charlotte office. She is a frequent speaker to client and industry groups on health care issues and has served as an editorial consultant for several health care publications. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Charlotte Community Health Clinic and on the Board of Directors of Charlotte Speech and Hearing Center.
