About Marion Stokes

Marion B. Stokes heads SCE’s Creditor Rights & Collection and Bankruptcy practice groups. Mr. Stokes represents creditors exclusively in the areas of commercial litigation and bankruptcy. He has been with SCE since its formation in 1972 and celebrated his 50th Anniversary in the active practice of law in 2018. Mr. Stokes served as an enlisted man in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1967-1968 and as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy Reserves, JAG Corps, from 1968-1972.  Mr. Stokes is rated “AV® Preeminent®” by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating given by the legal industry’s premier peer-review rating system.
