About Mark Dellavalle

I battle insurance companies. That is what I do for a living. My name is Mark DellaValle and I’ve been a lawyer for almost 25 years. My law firm represents people who suffer injuries because of someone else’s carelessness.

After graduating law school I worked as an insurance company defense lawyer. I saw how the insurance companies treat people who file personal injury claims. They live by the code of the 3 D’s – Deny, Delay and Defend. Meaning, deny the claim, defend it if it is pursued, and delay paying the claim for as long as possible.

I decided I could no longer represent the interests of the insurance industry, so I started my own law firm and have dedicated my life to helping people get justice.
