About Mallory Stoll
Mallory K. Stoll is a partner at Blahnik, Prchal & Stoll, PLLC. She devotes her practice to family law and juvenile law. Mallory’s family law practice includes a broad range of areas, namely divorce, legal separation, child custody, parenting time, child support, post-decree, and adoption matters. She also provides representation to parties in harassment restraining order and order for protection proceedings. In juvenile court, Mallory provides representation to parents and relatives in child protection matters, including children in need of protection or services (CHIPS) and termination of parental rights (TPR) proceedings. Mallory also provides court-appointed representation to parents in Scott, Le Sueur, and Rice counties. Mallory is licensed to practice in the State of Minnesota and the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community Tribal Court. Mallory is also a Rule 114 qualified neutral for family law mediation
Mallory is both a zealous advocate for clients in the courtroom, and a creative problem-solver in settlement negotiations outside of court. She represents each of her clients with compassion, and understands that clients deserve a knowledgeable attorney that will work to resolve matters efficiently and in the client’s best interest.
In addition to her law practice, Mallory serves as an adjunct professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law with the Child Protection Clinic, where she supervises and mentors law students in all stages of child protection proceedings in Ramsey, Hennepin, and Chisago counties. Through her membership in the Minnesota State Bar Association and a participant in the Children’s Justice Initiative, Mallory has built relationships with family and juvenile law professionals throughout Minnesota.
Mallory grew up in Prior Lake, and graduated from Prior Lake High School in 2005. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2008 with academic honors. After graduation, Mallory returned to Minnesota and graduated from Hamline University School of Law (now Mitchell | Hamline School of Law) in 2012. Mallory currently resides in Scott County with her husband Brandon and their Alaskan Malamute Stella.
