About Jeffrey Roth

JEFFREY L. ROTH works in the areas of labor law, commercial and contractual law, general corporate law, regulatory and transactional business law, and government contracting.

For twenty years prior to joining F&B Law Firm, Mr. Roth has held senior corporate board positions at several international electronics manufacturing companies, including Avco Electronics TEXTRON; AVEX Electronics, Inc.; Benchmark Electronics, Inc.; and Sanmina-SCI Corporation. In his role as an internal corporate advisor, Mr. Roth served as a global corporate resource for management in the areas of human resources; intellectual property; supply chain management; mergers and acquisitions; contract negotiation; and dispute resolution. In addition, Mr. Roth has managed corporate litigation in each of these areas. Mr. Roth is a frequent speaker and has published numerous materials and presented various programs on various aspects of business and employment law, and is a regular presenter at the World Congress of the National Contract Management Association. In addition, Mr. Roth has developed and taught the legal and contractual portions of the Electronic Manufacturing Service Management Program Training and Certification Program for IPC, a leading electronics industry trade group, at various locations across the country. of the year.
