About Jeffrey Goldberg
Mr. Goldberg has served on the Board of Directors of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA) and the American Association for Justice’s Birth Trauma Litigation Group. He is also Past President of The Public Justice Foundation, and has been on its Executive Committee and Board of Directors for many years. He was also Chairman of the Chicago Bar Association’s Tort Litigation Section, a member of the Legal Specialization Committee and a member of the Judicial Candidate Evaluation Committee.
Mr. Goldberg has been a speaker at many seminars related to personal injury litigation, including having chaired and been a speaker at the Illinois Trial Lawyers Medical Malpractice Seminar, Illinois Trial Lawyers Association Product Liability Seminar and a speaker for various hospitals and medical groups. He was the prior co-editor of the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education’s Medical Negligence handbook and has been a chapter author for over ten years.
Mr. Goldberg is admitted to practice law with the State Bars of Illinois and Wisconsin. He also has been admitted pro hac vice in numerous states to allow representation of clients outside Illinois and Wisconsin. He is also a pilot which enables him to travel easily for cases.
