Harry Roberts focuses his practice on permanent and construction loan work for a number of
institutional lenders; purchase and sale of commercial real estate for institutional and private
investors; development of real property involving the assembly of land and zoning and
construction issues; complex real estate transactions involving exchanges, lease-backs, and
development agreements; leasing of office building and other commercial space; loan servicing
including modification agreements, assumption agreements, and management agreements;
reciprocal and other easements; local counsel opinions and counseling; loan workouts;
foreclosure; and usury analysis.
