About Benjamin King

Ben enjoys working with clients and providing cost effective legal solutions for their legal needs. He focuses his practice on helping real estate developers and individuals with buying, selling, and leasing commercial property. He has worked many different product types and developments around the state. Ben also helps individuals and businesses with their civil litigation needs: divorce, contract claims, evictions, shareholder disputes.

Ben grew up in Stewartville. He attended Iowa State University and then law school at the University of St. Thomas. After law school, Ben worked for a mid-size bankruptcy firm in Roseville for 4 years before joining the firm in 2017.

Ben has been involved with the Hutchinson Jaycees, Rotary Club, and Pheasants Forever. He also serves as member of the Hutchinson Economic Development Authority Finance Team. When not at the office or serving his community, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.
