About J Anthony(Andy) Penry

Andy Penry is a well known commercial litigator with extensive experience in construction disputes (including accident and death cases) and securities arbitration.

Clients frequently call on him for his extensive knowledge of North Carolina courts and juries. Fellow lawyers often call on him to mediate or arbitrate their commercial cases. Business North Carolina has named him among North Carolina’s Legal Elite in Construction Law and Litigation. He has been recognized for Construction Litigation and Securities in North Carolina Super Lawyers and listed in The Best Lawyers in America for Construction Law, Construction Litigation, and Securities Litigation (including two awards for Lawyer of the Year for Securities Litigation).

Andy also serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Wake Forest University and Campbell University Schools of Law, where he teaches courses in Construction Law.
