About Briana Ross

Briana J. Ross concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate law, probates, estate planning, construction law, and business law. Briana obtained her Juris Doctor degree from The University of Tulsa College of Law, where she graduated in December 2005 in the top one-third of her class. Briana was admitted to practice law in Oklahoma in April 2006 after passing the Oklahoma bar exam.

She began her career in private practice working for an exclusive boutique law firm in Tulsa, Oklahoma. However, her interest in real estate pulled her away after only a year and Briana worked for title and abstract companies throughout the next five years, where she honed her skills for residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Briana returned to private practice in 2010 further developing her skills for real estate, construction, and business litigation. Briana also obtained her Masters of Business Administration from University of Phoenix in 2002 and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in finance and a minor in accounting from Oklahoma State University.

Briana has served as a Trustee for the Oklahoma Bar Foundation since 2013. She also serves as an Officer of the Tulsa Title and Probate Lawyers Association, where she has been a member since 2008. Briana is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association (OBA), Tulsa County Bar Association (TCBA), Home Builders Association of Greater Tulsa (HBA), and Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM) of Oklahoma. Briana was named an Oklahoma Rising Star in Real Estate by Super Lawyers in 2014, 2015 and 2016. She was also named one of The Journal Record’s Achievers Under 40 in 2008. Briana has published two articles in the Oklahoma Bar Journal (“A Practitioner’s Guide to ‘Closing’ vs. ‘Vacating’ Municipal Public Ways and Easements” and “Stealing Home: Protect Your Clients Against Mortgage Fraud”) and regularly speaks to groups of realtors, home builders, and others in the real estate industry regarding current topics of interest.
