About Jeffrey Keane

Jeff Keane is a partner.  Since 1977 he has developed considerable expertise in litigating Medical Malpractice, Legal Malpractice and other General Liability claims throughout California.  His experience includes over 100 jury trials for the defense with over 90% of his clients obtaining defense verdicts.  He has also argued before appellate courts at the State and Federal levels, with numerous published opinions.  He is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell and has been a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (“ABOTA”) for more than 20 years.

Jeff serves as an arbitrator for the Riverside County Superior Court, the American Arbitration Association, and the Fee Arbitration Committee of the Desert Bar Association.  In addition, he served as a judge pro tem of the Riverside County Superior Court and was recognized as “Boss of the Year” by the Desert Palm Legal Secretaries Association.
