About David Bross

David Bross is an attorney at Smolen & Roytman with a broad litigation practice that has an emphasis in the areas of civil rights, employment discrimination, personal injury, and criminal defense. David has also litigated medical and dental malpractice cases, insurance claims, contract disputes, and domestic matters. He has represented clients before the Oklahoma Multi-County Grand Jury, appeared in more than twenty different counties and numerous municipal courts in Oklahoma. He is licensed to practice in all state and municipal courts in Oklahoma, and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma.
