About Sharon Wolfkiel

Sharon Wolfkiel joined John Foy and Associates in August 2017 as a personal injury attorney. Originally from New Jersey, Sharon moved with her family to San Juan, Puerto Rico where she lived for 15 years.  Sharon attended Yale University and earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and biology in 1988. After college, Sharon relocated to Tucson, Arizona where she attended the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona.

In 1993, Sharon graduated from law school and began an interesting and varied law practice in Arizona with a focus on criminal defense, plaintiff’s personal injury and family law.  During that time, Sharon honed her skills as a zealous client advocate and obtained significant courtroom and litigation experience. Sharon is a member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia.

In 2003, Sharon left Arizona for Georgia and worked for 13 ½ years with a mid-sized insurance company developing and implementing an extensive motions practice for the legal department defending thousands of automobile insurance claims.  During this time, she acquired invaluable insight into the claims handling and litigation practices of the insurance defense industry.

In her spare time, she serves on the Board of Directors for the Westbury at Vining’s Property Owner’s Association.  In addition, she has an advanced PADI certification for scuba diving and loves to travel.  She has two ridiculously cute labradoodles named Brody and Jack who keep her smiling.
