About Joseph Friedberg

Joe handles any type of felony whether in Federal or State Court.  He has handled countless serious cases including negotiations, trials and appeals.  His cases range anywhere from felony DUI to First Degree murder. The variety of serious cases that he has handled and continues to handle include, federal violations of all kinds including all types of white collar investigations, large and small illegal drug cases, fish and game violations under the Lacy Act and firearms violations. In State Courts he has defended and continues to defend sex crimes and all other crimes of violence, all variety of illegal substance crimes, and a large variety of other State Court felonies.
