About Joseph Graham

Joseph Graham was born in Birmingham and raised in Gadsden and Tuscaloosa. He maintains deep ties to areas throughout central Alabama, spending much of the year between the three cities.

Joseph graduated from the University of Alabama and Birmingham School of Law. He is licensed to practice in all state courts in Alabama as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Alabama.

Joseph is a member of the Alabama State Bar’s Labor & Employment Section and NELA-AL. He is a former member of the National College of DUI Defense and the DUI Defense Lawyers’ Association.
