Josh Kamin is a nationally-recognized private equity lawyer, with a focus on the real estate industry. Josh is the Managing Partner of the Atlanta Office.

Josh played lead roles in some of the most important real estate industry transactions over the last decade, both on a national scale (such as the sale of GE Capital Real Estate’s real estate equity and investment platform) and within the Southeastern United States (such as the acquisition and redevelopment of Turner Field in Atlanta, Georgia).
