About Jeffrey Mcdonald

Jeffrey E. McDonald is a senior associate with the firm, whose litigation practice includes defense of general and premises liability claims; construction defect claims; retail and hospitality claims; and property and casualty claims including environmental, commercial auto, and oilfield accidents. His practice also includes insurance coverage and coverage litigation.

Mr. McDonald attended Mississippi College obtaining his Juris Doctor and Master’s Degree in Business Administration in 2009. He graduated law school with honors, served on the editorial board of the Law Review and published a Case Note in his second year. In 2010, Mr. McDonald received a Master of Laws in International Law, with a specialization in Business Law, from The American University in Washington, D.C. While at A.U., he also served as an editor of the International Legal Studies Journal.

Mr. McDonald is admitted to practice in the States of Louisiana, Texas and Mississippi, and regularly represents his clients in the State and Federal Courts in those jurisdictions. He is also admitted to the Courts of Appeal for the Fifth and Seventh Federal Circuits, as well as the United States Supreme Court.
