About Mark Robertson
Mr. Robertson is a Partner at Robertson & Williams representing businesses and the families that own them. His practice focuses primarily in the areas of corporate law, mergers, acquisitions, trusts and estates, securities, franchising, corporate financing and nonprofit and charitable organizations. He is a frequent lecturer on family business transition, estate planning and capital formation issues and is a contributing author on a variety of topics to various national, state and local bar association and business publications.
Mr. Robertson is the 2015 Recipient of the American Bar Association Samuel L. Smith Award for Lifetime Achievement in Law Practice Management, and has an “AV” Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Robertson serves on a number of non-profit boards. He is married to Susan Robertson (his better half) and enjoys spending time and traveling with his wife and two children. He describes his time spent at the University of Edinburgh as the study of international law, Scottish culture and Scotch whisky.
