About Kimberly Overbaugh

Kimberly J. Overbaugh joined Harmon & Davies, P.C. in 2001 and is a Shareholder. Kimberly concentrates her practice on the representation of management in the areas of labor and employment law.

Prior to joining Harmon & Davies, P.C., Kimberly was an associate in the Labor & Employment Department of Burns, White & Hickton, LLC in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. In addition, Kimberly has served with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Department of Labor, Office of Administrative Law Judges.

Kimberly earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Duquesne University School of Law in 2000 and her Bachelors Degree from West Virginia University in 1994.

Kimberly is admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States, the Pennsylvania Bar, the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania and the Northern District of Illinois, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third and Eleventh Circuits, the Tennessee Bar and the District of Columbia Bar.  She is also a member of the Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, District of Columbia and American Bar Associations, and the Society for Human Resource Management.
