Jeffrey Bedingfield

About Jeffrey Bedingfield

Jeff, a long-time resident of Greeley, Colorado, is our go-to business lawyer.  Often found behind piles of papers to be reviewed for the next big business deal, Jeff counsels individuals and businesses in all types of general business matters, from routine questions about management, employment, or contracts, to large acquisitions or planning for the transition or succession of the business to the next generation.  Jeff also does complex estate planning.

Jeff earned his law degree from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon.  During law school, he served for three years as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Judge Howard J. Blanding of the Circuit Court for Clackamas County, Oregon.

In 1980, he and his wife, Dayna, moved to Colorado. Jeff spent two years with a regional investment broker, Boettcher & Company, where he built his base of knowledge of securities and investment markets.

Since beginning his law practice in the State of Colorado in 1982, Jeff’s practice has emphasized trust and estate planning, real estate, and business law.  During that time, he has gained valuable knowledge and experience in many narrower components of those areas of practice. Jeff is a member of the Weld County Bar Association and the Colorado Bar Association, including the Trust and Estate Section, the Business Section and the Real Estate Section.  In addition, Jeff is a member of the Northern Colorado Estate Planning Council.

In his free time, Jeff enjoys cycling, golf, skiing, hiking, fishing and the Colorado Rockies. All that Colorado has to offer!

Jeff has been rated BV®™ by Martindale-Hubbell’s Peer Review Ratings.
