About Stephen Proctor

Stephen E. Proctor is married for over 20 years and has a daughter together. He is practicing law in Logan, Ohio, since 1982. He is the Secretary of the Hocking County Bar Association and a member in good standing with the Ohio State Bar Association. He is an active member of St. John Catholic Church, Logan, Ohio.
