About David Forro
Mr. Forro is admitted to practice in Minnesota (1983), the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota, and the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota in 1974. He worked as an assistant to the Vice President of Labor Relations and General Counsel for American Hoist & Derrick for 5 years and then to the position of Labor Relations Manager for Minneapolis Electric Steel Castings. While working full time he earned his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law in 1983. Mr. Forro has served as a Director for the Hennepin County Bar Foundation and the Downtown Kiwanis Club and as a Commissioner on the Hopkins Human Rights Commission. He also served as a coordinator and chairperson for the March of Dimes Table for Two events. Mr. Forro has served as an AAA No-Fault Arbitrator and is an arbitrator on the Qualified Neutral Roster maintained by the Minnesota Supreme Court.
Mr. Forro’s current practice primarily focuses on small business formations, organization and planning; business transactions; individual and commercial litigation; consumer chapter 7 & 13 bankruptcy; real estate; and employment and labor law. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants.
