Kyle became a lawyer because he enjoyed the complexities involved in solving a client’s legal problem. He takes pride in understanding the client’s needs and then coming up with a plan to confront the problem with an intelligent and viable solution. Providing a client with the relief that comes from knowing his or her legal issue will be solved professionally and successfully is rewarding for Kyle.

Throughout his 18+ years of experience, Kyle has been successful in tackling problems head on and with great detail and attention to his work. Practicing under the mantra “knowledge is power”, Kyle takes every opportunity to learn and use knowledge in practice to better serve his clients.

Kyle primarily centers his practice in the areas of estate planning, probate and business law, including the formation of business entities, contracts and corporate transactions. Kyle’s practice also involves the assessment and division of retirement benefits in divorce matters and he testifies as an expert witness regarding the preparation of QDRO’s (Qualified Domestic Relations Orders). Kyle also has considerable experience in the areas of asset protection, guardianship, real estate, tax disputes, and civil litigation.
