About Andrew Schroeder

As an accomplished attorney and entrepreneur, Andrew R. Schroeder understands not only the legal, but every aspect of business. Having served as General Counsel for multiple companies and developing his own startup that amassed an equity commitment of over $500 million dollars, Andrew looks at client issues from every angle, and from a uniquely experienced perspective.

Andrew manages the Firm’s corporate transactional and corporate litigation practices areas from a position of strength, possessing extensive experience across a broad range of practice areas and industry sectors. With his firm’s commitment to individual attention regardless of client size, Andrew is a perpetual insurgent, infusing startup agility with expertise and enterprise stability.

Andrew earned a B.B.A (Cum Laude) from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee School of Business Administration and a J.D. (Cum Laude) from the Oklahoma City University School of Law. He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the State Bar of Wisconsin, and the Executive Board of Regents for Oklahoma City University School of Law.
