About Andrew Karim

Andrew Karim brings over thirty-five years of experience to Harrison & Mecklenburg, Inc., primarily in the areas of general civil litigation and appeals. He has represented plaintiffs and defendants in a broad array of disputes including breaches of contract and fiduciary duty, fraud, negligence, qui tam actions, class actions, contested probate proceedings, oil & gas, and quiet title. Prior to joining the firm, Andrew was a solo practitioner of the Karim Law Office in Oklahoma City. He continues to serve the needs of both business and individual clients in matters of litigation, appellate review, uncontested and contested probate proceedings, quiet title, contracts and general legal matters.

Andrew’s admissions to practice include all state and federal courts in Oklahoma, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. Andrew has conducted trials for Oklahoma clients in Colorado, Missouri and Kansas, and is a member of both the Kingfisher and Oklahoma County Bar Associations. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Central State University (University of Central Oklahoma), and his law degree from the University of Tulsa, College of Law.

For many years, Andrew actively served on the Oklahoma Bar Association’s Legal Ethics Committee and its successor, the Legal Ethics Advisory Panel. He was also appointed to serve two successive three-year terms on the Professional Responsibility Tribunal and, during his last year, was elected to be its Chief Master. Andrew has taught several continuing legal education seminars in the areas of legal ethics and civil procedure.

Andrew and his wife, Jana, have two sons and a daughter, and enjoy spending time with family and friends.
