About Tracy Robinson
Ms. Robinson has more than twenty years of experience in complex commercial transactions, with a special focus on the use of tax incentives and innovative financing models. Also, she has extensive knowledge in the areas of affordable housing development, sustainable development, and green building practices.
Ms. Robinson is a native of Shreveport, Louisiana, and received her undergraduate degree from University of Louisiana-Monroe. She then earned her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, graduating in the top 10% of her class. She is a licensed attorney in Texas and Louisiana.
Ms. Robinson worked for 11 years for ExxonMobil and then BP as an international tax lawyer and commercial analyst in Houston, TX, and London, England. She then spent 3 years in private law practice in Austin, Texas, focusing primarily on corporate transactions, tax planning and real estate issues. Tracy moved to New Orleans in 2006 and has been active in the redevelopment of the city after Hurricane Katrina.
