Richard D. Gorman was born in Goodhue, Minnesota on July 24, 1964. Formerly with the law firm Gorman & Gorman, Richard now concentrates his practice within the following areas: Workers’ Compensation, Taxation, Real Estate, Probate, Estate Planning, Wills & Trusts. He was an Associate Editor for Hamline Journal of Public Law and Policy, 1988-1989. He has served as City Attorney for the City of Goodhue since 1990.
