About Melissa Patzelt-russo

Melissa D. Patzelt-Russo specializes in negligence, premises liability and property damage insurance defense matters, maritime arbitration, and has been counsel of record in over one hundred cases in various New York and New Jersey state and federal Courts.  Ms. Patzelt-Russo also has extensive experience preparing and arguing various discovery motions and has successfully mediated numerous cases to amicable and favorable settlements for her clients. While in law school, Ms. Patzelt-Russo served as the editor-in-chief for the Journal of Race, Gender and Ethnicity.   In addition to her active litigation and transactional matters, Ms. Patzelt-Russo also serves as pro bono  litigation counsel for a local amateur hockey association.
