As a leader of Seyfarth’s Antitrust & Competition practice group, Brandon counsels manufacturers and franchisors on compliance with federal and state antitrust laws, as well as industry-specific laws governing the manufacturer-dealer and franchisor-franchisee relationships. “The best way for clients to avoid litigation is for in-house and outside counsel to work together to assess legal risks and explain those risks to the business team using plain and direct language,” Brandon says.
