With more than 25 years of experience in representing personal injury survivors both in and out of the courtroom, Andrew H. Agatston provides skillful and experienced legal representation to those injured by the negligent and intentional wrongful conduct of others. Mr. Agatston practices throughout the State of Georgia and focuses his work on the areas of wrongful death, pursuing civil claims for crime victims, auto accidents, premises liability cases, negligence cases, child and adult crime victim advocacy, and civil litigation.
Representing and advocating for children impacted by abuse is a professional calling that began in 1998 and continues today. From 2013 to 2019, while still operating his law firm, Mr. Agatston also served as CEO and General Counsel of the Children’s Advocacy Centers of Georgia, the statewide entity that represents Georgia’s 52 children’s advocacy centers. During that time, CACGA grew from 42 to 52 CACs, and increased its membership to the National Children’s Alliance from 23 CACs to 33 CACs.
Mr. Agatston has been an AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell peer-review ratings, the highest rating an attorney can receive for excellence in ethics and performance, for more than 20 years. He is also a member of Martindale-Hubbell’s Bar Registry of Pre-eminent Lawyers in the area of personal injury.
