About William Griffin Jr.

Mr. Griffin is a member of the firm of Griffin, Clift, Everton & Maschmeyer, PLLC. He is a Memphis native and received his B.A. degree from The University of Tennessee, graduating in 1992, and his J. D. from the Nashville School of Law in 1997. For the past 23 years, Mr. Griffin has been practicing transactional real estate law for residential and commercial property throughout the State of Tennessee. He is a member of the Memphis Bar Association, Memphis Bar Real Estate Section. He has been an approved attorney for First American Title Insurance Company and Fidelity National Title Group. His practice includes preparing business organizations, contracts, leases, title examination services and closings for various buyers, sellers, borrowers, lenders, contractors and developers.

Will and his wife Amy have two daughters, Amelia and Annelise. They are members at Independent Presbyterian Church. In his spare time, he enjoys playing tennis, performing music in a local cover band, spending weekends at Pickwick Lake in the summer, and University of Tennessee sports.

Mr. Griffin’s practice includes Real Estate, Contract, and Business Law.
