About Milen Saev

Milen Saev has practiced immigration law exclusively over the past 14 years. A native of Bulgaria, he has called Nashville his home since 1998. After working with a big-four international financial consulting and auditing company in Bulgaria, he relocated to Nashville for law school. Milen’s practice is focused primarily in business immigration, including temporary work visas, PERM labor certification applications, permanent residence cases, consular visa applications, I-9 compliance and other immigration-related matters for businesses, universities, and individual clients all over the United States. Due to his background and interest in international business, Milen has developed substantial expertise in assisting a wide range of companies, ranging from startups and small investors to large multimillion dollar corporations, with L-1 international specialist and managerial employee transfers, E-2 investment visas, and TN applications for Mexican and Canadian workers. He also handles non-business immigration matters including family based permanent residence cases, naturalization matters, and student visas.

As an immigrant himself who has personally gone through the immigration process, he is well aware of what foreign nationals and their employers experience when they are faced with the intricacies of the U.S. immigration laws.
