About Andrew Lair

Andrew Lair is a New Orleans native and Brother
Martin High School graduate. He attended Bucknell
University where he was a member of the football team.
Andrew graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in
both Political Science and History. He went on to earn
his Juris Doctor from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center
at Louisiana State University in 2018. While at LSU,
Andrew received both the Dean’s Scholar Award and
the Paul M. Hebert Scholar Award, as well as the CALI
Award for the highest grade in Contracts II, Gaming
Law, and Real Estate Development. He also took
part in the Ira S. Flory Trial Advocacy Competition and
worked at the Baton Rouge District Attorney’s Office as
a Rule XX student prosecutor where he made multiple
appearances before the Honorable Bonnie Jackson.
