About Wade Wright

FOUNDER / QUALIFIED INTERMEDIARY
A Pine Bluff, Arkansas native, Wade graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2008, studying International Relations and Economics at Rhodes College in Memphis, TN. He began working on real estate transactions during law school which is where he was first introduced to the benefits of a 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange. Wade eventually founded Ozark Title & Escrow in 2011 where he continued to provide strategic exchange services as an escrow agent and adviser to real estate investors.

Wade sold Ozark Title & Escrow in 2015, having incurred no claims, to concentrate on other business ventures, including 1031 QualEx, LLC and Just Like Home Early Learning Center. Wade remains a member of the Bar of Arkansas and practices in the areas of title and real estate. Outside of the office, Wade likes to concentrate on his three children and is heavily involved in sports, school and outdoor activities with them. Wade was a high school exchange student in Japan, and was later a high school English teacher through the Japanese Ministry of Education’s JET Program.
