Lockey & Associates, LLC is an authorized agent for Old Republic Title. Donald V. Lockey graduated from Capitol University Law School on May 1, 1995. He moved to Maryland in 1998 and opened his own practice in 1999 and has personaly conducted all settlements since then. The legal services offered by Lockey & Associates, LLC include home closing, refinancing, title research and pre-closing contracts. In addition, he provides real estate counseling to advise you about the advantages and conseqences of your real estate purchase. Donald Lockey will work with you towards your goals as quickly and cost effectively as possible in your case. Our staff is capable to perform all title research functions required to complete every settlement transaction.
