About Taylor Palmer

Taylor is a partner in the Firm’s Land Use, Zoning & Development and Telecommunications groups. His practice areas include all facets of land use, real estate development, zoning and environmental law, as well as wireless telecommunications siting and related matters.
Prior to joining the Firm, Taylor was a District Representative & Grants/Appropriations Coordinator for U.S. Congresswoman Nita M. Lowey. Taylor was also an Associate Attorney at an Orange County, NY, law firm where he regularly represented developers in matters including a proposed casino development, organic and natural food manufacturing and distribution, and in the development of a cidery. Taylor also represented retailers, religious institutions, individuals and non-profit entities before municipal and state land use, zoning and environmental agencies in Westchester, Orange, Putnam, Dutchess and Rockland Counties.

While in law school, Taylor was an intern with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, Region III. Taylor was also an intern with the New York State Attorney General’s Office in the Environmental Protection Bureau, and he was the Research Assistant to Professor John R. Nolon of the Land Use Law Center at Pace Law School.
