About Sara Taylor

Before I launched my law practice almost 20 years ago, my experiences as a teacher, debate coach, justice-minded community volunteer, along with my undergraduate degree in education from the University of Washington and Master of Divinity from the Pacific School of Religion, and several years of assisting attorneys with legal research and writing – all prepared me well for establishing my own legal practice.

Now as a member of the bar in both California and Washington, I have successfully handled legal issues for people needing assistance for nearly two decades.

I enjoy tailoring each legal strategy and document to your unique situation. For me, that means adhering to all lawful requirements and finding legal protections to address complex situations. This is the mix of work that I love.

I specialize in working with individuals, small corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships to develop effective contracts. I am located in the San Francisco Bay Area in California and licensed to serve clients in the State of California and the State of Washington.
