About Crystal Ramos

Before establishing Rios Law Firm PLLC, founding attorney Crystal Rios Ramos worked as a paralegal for one of Phoenix’s largest workers’ compensation law firms for 10 years. Once she received her license, that firm recruited her to manage their Tucson office and handle all of their cases. Thereafter, another large law firm recruited her to handle all of their workers’ compensation cases and manage their Phoenix workers’ compensation department. She has extensive experience representing injured workers and has devoted her own firm to putting that experience to work for her clients.

Attorney Ramos is deeply involved in the Phoenix community. When she graduated from Phoenix School of Law, she was recognized with the Serving the Underserved Award for her community service. Currently, she volunteers as a Court Appointed Advisor in family law cases and she gives back to the community she loves by serving at church and being a Big Sister through Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona. Her dedication to the people and the community fuels her passion to achieve the compensation injured workers are entitled to by law.
