About Kathleen Donnelly

I have been practicing law since 1989. I have focused on Bankruptcy and Real Estate law since 2005. Before opening my practice, I worked as a Collection/Tax Specialist for the Internal Revenue Service. I also worked for Trammell Crow at their client’s location of KeyBank as their OREO Portfolio Manager. I was responsible for mitigating the bank’s losses on non-performing residential home loans which spanned the United States. The OREO Portfolio Manager position evolved from my legal and residential real estate experience with Realty One as the “Rookie of the Year” and subsequently with Smythe Cramer as a “Listing Leader”/Multi-Million Dollar Producer” real estate agent.

I also developed a small business called InfoEdge Unlimited LLC which consisted of legal/non-legal research. Clients included legal professionals, banks, libraries, accountants, non-profit organizations, physicians, business owners and real estate clients. Some of my clients came from two former law firms where I served as a Librarian Director for Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff, and as an Associate Librarian for Squires, Sanders & Dempsey. Prior to the law firm experience, I was the AV/Government Documents Night Reference Librarian at Case Western Reserve University Law Library.
