About Dheeraj Sindhwani

Having been called to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2010 I continue to pride myself on being able to aggressively advise, and represent clients at all levels of court in Ontario, practicing in the areas of Family, Real Estate, and General Litigation matters. In addition, I provide services in general estate planning and drafting an array of commercial and corporate documents.

Extensive experience in family, civil and criminal litigation with a goal oriented approach assisting litigants achieve their results in a productive and cost effective manner.

Mentored by reputable and senior counsels, I continue to adapt their approach in advising current and future clients on their legal rights and entitlements.

Extensive litigation experience having argued motions relating to support claims, property disputes and custody/access issues in the family sphere and general contractual and collections disputes in the civil sphere.

Educated in Europe, graduating with a High 2.1 designation and thereafter completing my Canadian legal requirements at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law.
