About Frank Genesee

Frank Genesee has been practicing law for more than 40 years. He has extensive trial experience in both criminal law and civil litigation. He has conducted hundreds of criminal matters successfully at many levels of court, including the Ontario Court of Justice, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Quebec Court of Justice.

Frank has a particular expertise in the area of alcohol related driving offences and all other driving offences. Frank is aware that a DUI charge can put a lot of pressure on you, your family, and potentially your career. He will do everything possible to have your DUI/impaired driving charges reduced or dismissed so that you do not have to serve a loss of license, or even worse, incarceration.

Frank was one of the founders of the Ontario Trial Lawyers’ Association and is also a member of the Hamilton Criminal Lawyers Association and the Hamilton Law Association.
