About Craig O’Brien

He works exclusively in civil litigation, with an emphasis on commercial and construction litigation.

Craig frequently represents major insurance companies, and has been involved in a variety of insurance claims. These include personal injury litigation, building and construction deficiency and home inspection claims, improper road and sidewalk maintenance claims, environmental spill claims, and occupiers’ liability claims. His practice includes representing insurers in accident benefits, arbitrations, and litigation.
