About Joseph Neff

Joe has served as Legal Counsel underwriting residential and commercial transactions with Chicago Title for 23 years, with over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. In addition to being a staff attorney, he is also the regional manager for Chicago Title operations throughout the central and southern Ohio regions including the Dayton, Cincinnati and Columbus areas.
