Craig Pena founded his Houston-based immigration and asylum law practice in May 2006. Since that time, he has dedicated himself to helping individuals and families achieve their dream of becoming permanent U.S. residents and ultimately American citizens.

Craig was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He graduated from Texas A&M University before heading off to California to attend law school. He returned to Houston and was admitted to the Texas bar because he wanted to help make his hometown a haven for new and old Americans, where people of all origins, nationalities, and ethnicities could mutually benefit from each other’s culture, talents, and perspectives.
