About Justin Toh

I am a bilingual Barrister & Solicitor licensed by the Law Society of Ontario. I earned my J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School.

I have helped hundreds of people from all over the world through their journey to Canada. I understand the importance of creativity, expertise, and personal attention, and I take pride in bringing out the unique strengths in each client’s case.

My practice emphasizes complex applications with inadmissibility issues (medical, criminal, security), as well as litigation before the Federal Court and the Immigration and Refugee Board. I have argued high-profile cases on refugee protection before the Federal Court of Appeal (ex. Galindo Camayo v. Canada (Minister of Citizenship and Immigration))..

I have collaborated with several other top immigration firms, such as Bellissimo Law Group PC and Desloges Law Group PC. I have also contributed reports to the Foundation for Human Rights Initiative and the Office of the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the Right to Food. I served on multiple committees of the Canadian Association of Refugee Lawyers, and advanced consultative policy briefs through the Canadian Bar Association.
