About Kevin Worthy
After growing up in Libya, Pennsylvania, Saudi Arabia, and Florida, Kevin got a bachelor’s degree from BYU-Idaho and a law degree from the BYU Law School.
In 2011, he began practicing law in Utah, where he litigated numerous disputes in the state and federal courts. His clients’ cases have involved business contracts, sales of goods and services, promissory notes, real property purchases, equipment leases, partnerships, sales of businesses, employment contracts, construction contracts, non-compete obligations, trade secrets, copyrights, trademarks, fraud, and more.
As a litigation attorney, Kevin has filed many complaints and other trial court papers for clients, tried several cases to verdict, and written a number of briefs for the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals and the Utah state courts of appeal.
On the transactional side, Kevin has assisted in real estate deals (both residential and commercial), new company startups, private placement offerings, sales of business entities, trademark, and copyright registrations, and more.
