About Christine Tesi

Christine McClane Tesi is the principal attorney of the McClane Law Corporation and handles both litigated and mediated cases.

Ms. Tesi’s practice focuses on divorce, child custody, child visitation, child support, spousal support, property division and restraining orders, both domestic and civil.

Prior to graduating from Albany Law School, Ms. Tesi graduated cum laude from Hartwick College in Oneonta, New York with a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Performance and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Ms. Tesi received a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the College of St. Rose in Albany, New York, graduating magna cum laude.

Ms. Tesi is licensed to practice law before all Courts in the States of California and New York and is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the San Fernando Valley Bar Association, the Ventura County Bar Association and the Beverly Hills Bar Association. She currently acts as an attorney volunteer mediator in the Northwest District of the Los Angeles Superior Court, in Van Nuys, California. Ms. Tesi has participated in pro bono services, for purposes of assisting victims of domestic violence since 2001.

Currently Ms. Tesi serves on the Board of Directors of the Child and Family Guidance Center, and the Board of Directors of Safe Passage.

Ms. Tesi is a member of Step Up Women’s Network and The North Valley Chamber of Commerce. She is an avid sports fan and enjoys participating in various musical organizations which enable her to continue her study of classical and contemporary music.

Ms. Tesi has studied mediation at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University and continues to participate in Pepperdine’s legal education courses with a focus on mediation.
