About Jessica Tyler

Ms. Tyler graduated from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University and was admitted to the Utah Bar in 2012. While in law school, she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Education & Law Journal and as Secretary of the Family Law Society. Ms. Tyler also worked as a law clerk for the BYU Office of the General Counsel.

Outside of the law, Ms. Tyler  enjoys spending time with her husband and their two energetic boys, attending BYU football and basketball games, keeping up on pop culture, and traveling.

Ms. Tyler is a member of the Academy of Special Needs Planners, and a board member of the Utah Valley Estate Planning Council.

After law school, Ms. Tyler joined MacArthur, Heder & Metler, PLLC in Provo, Utah as an associate attorney. She joined Hundley and Harrison in 2018 and serves clients in the areas of estate planning, special needs planning, guardianship & conservatorship, and probate administration.
