About Denise Ben-David

Denise L. Ben-David works with both the transactional team and the litigation team. Her practice focuses on real estate, probate, finance, transactional, and corporate law. Previously, Ms. Ben-David has held positions with firms and corporations in Florida, New York, and Israel.

Ms. Ben-David focuses her practice on a variety of business-related areas centering around all aspects of real estate and corporate law. She represents a variety of clients in the acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of real estate. Additionally, Ms. Ben-David represents clients in transactions involving the creation and development of condominiums, hotels, mixed-use multifamily, retail and residential property. Ms. Ben-David’s clients rely upon her ability to negotiate operating agreements, joint ventures, asset purchase agreements, service agreements and due diligence for all types of business and real estate matters. She is available for simple to extremely complex matters.
