About Pedro Dearaujo

Pedro Dearaujo focuses on immigration, criminal law, and commercial litigation. Mr. Dearaujo started his legal career at the Public Defender’s Office where he handled thousands of cases and conducted over twenty jury trials. In private practice, Pedro Dearaujo focused on family and business immigration by representing clients before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Immigration Courts, and the Executive Board of Immigration Review. Mr. Dearaujo has also represented numerous clients in commercial transactions, both as a plaintiff and as a defendant, including real estate transactions, contract disputes, property damages, and employment cases.

Pedro Dearaujo was born in Brazil and moved to the United States with his family as a teenager. After graduating high school in Virginia, he attended George Mason University in the Washington D.C. area, where he obtained a B.A. in Government and International Politics. He relocated to Florida in 2006 and went on to graduate from Florida State University College of Law.

Mr. Dearaujo is a dedicated professional who is committed to his clients’ cases. He understands his clients come to him with issues that deeply affect their lives and future. Mr. Dearaujo will strongly advocate for his clients but believes that civility is the path to the best results.
